- Boris is the CEO of Inition Energy. A seasoned entrepreneur within the battery industry, he set up a company in South Korea in 2013 which achieved a 50% energy density improvement of a high performance cell and led its commercialisation in more than 14 countries. More recently as co-founder and leader of Inition Energy Boris has co-invented a new electrode production process in NY and moved the project to Oxford to scale it up.
