Biography

Diogo Fula is a Project Manager and Business Developer at Battery Cluster Portugal, based in Porto, Portugal. He coordinates the three national working groups focused on materials and recycling, manufacturing processes, and battery applications in mobility and stationary systems. He manages initiatives that connect industry, research, and public stakeholders to support collaboration and project development across the battery value chain. Diogo oversees the NGS+ platform, developed as part of the BP20 business project under the New Generation Storage agenda, which provides a digital interface to support the adoption of battery technologies in Portugal. His work includes facilitating R&D integration, startup engagement, and international cooperation. Before joining Battery Cluster Portugal, he worked in design engineering and innovation management in the fields of renewable energy, manufacturing, and sustainable transport.
